The Tierradentro territory is formed by the municipality of Inza and Belalcázar where the ethnic group Nasa is located, one of the strongest community culture in southern Colombia. The community is composed of 36,000 families, which remain strong in their resistance by conserving their language, territory, worldview and other ancient customs and uses.
The community members are descendants of millennial warriors, willing to share their philosophy and wisdom with people who show interest and especially, real respect for their knowledge and the nature in which they live.

Day 1
Upon arrival, you will visit the viewpoint where you can enjoy the impressive sight over the valley. Meet the local craftsmen: the elder ladies of the Nasa community. At night, you will have a bonfire with the community during which you will share dinner and listen to the words and knowledge of their tradicional doctor.
Day 2
Today you will visit different important sites of the community. First, you will visit a local farm where you will learn how “Panela”, an important and typical product for the daily diet made of sugar cane, is processed. Continue with a coffee farm, learning all about the
product, from plant, to bean, to hot cup of coffee. Finally, discover the local radio station run by the Nasa, where you will be introduced to the community. Don´t miss out trying your luck with traditional games like tejo or trompo!
Day 3
This morning, hop on a horse which will take you to the ancestral reserve of the Nasa group. You will have the chance to talk to the local authorities, share a meal and participate to Minga activities such as painting, cultivating, knitting, cooking, among others.

Day 4
After breakfast, you will be taken to the airport. If you want to continue discovering this area, we suggest a cultural exchange in Silvia. Another option is to continue your trip to Puracé, Popayán or San Agustin.
